my ethos

mindfulness coaching in Toronto
  • Choosing growth and evolving requires intention, a non-judgmental mindset, embracing imperfections, curiosity, and setting boundaries in our lives

  • A universal need: belonging

  • Coherence: the very moment when our thoughts, feelings, words and behaviours are aligned

  • Facing our belief systems is our biggest challenge

  • It is our gift to own the power to respond or react

my mission

Diana Veintimilla mindfulness coaching

I am on a mission to create a safe place for intentional-driven people, especially women, to explore a brand new kind of them and the healthiest ways to relate to themselves and others.

I help people make informed decisions, re-understand  effective interpersonal communication, develop new coping skills, and ultimately manage their own growth.
